10th St Townhomes is a contemporary townhouse community, designed by David Furman, built in 2002. Located in 1st Ward, these townhomes typically have 2 bed/ 2.5 baths layouts. 3030 South is a townhome community in the South End. Units have standard hardwood floors on the main level, ceramic tile, and 10’ ceilings on living level.

Manhattan on the Park is a condominium community located in the 4th Ward of Uptown Charlotte. This community was built in 1982 and features multi-level townhome style condos as well as one-level units. The 2bed/2bath units feature a front and back patio as well as a terrace off the master bedroom. Located within a short block of the 3.5 acre Fourth Ward Park, these homes offer the small complex feel that contrast with the larger developments that surround.

These townhomes are being constructed on a site that formerly held a closed steel mill and is another commercial land re-use project that the city has been encouraging developers to undertake.

Summit Greenway is a townhome community located in the Historic Wesley Heights neighborhood. This townhome community offers 1 car garages, hardwood floors, 42” kitchen cabinets, patio and deck, and city views. This development has been architecturally approved by the historic commission. Within walking distance of the Carolina Panther’s home at Bank of America stadium, these townhomes offer beautiful views of the Uptown.
