Trust is just a word to some people. Not for Tim. Everything he does is done to build your trust. Trust is why Tim treats every person the way he wants to be treated. There is an amazing phenomenom that equates quality of service with profit. That's not the case with Tim. Every person is treated the same. Whether it's a $50k transaction or $500k. Only the highest level of service is given to each and every person regardless of age, sex, or income. Respect and professional service is delivered to everyone equally. Trust is why Tim brings his knowledge and professional skills into every encounter to benefit the people he serves. Sometimes working to benefit the people means going out of his way to help people out. Sometimes it means putting forth a little bit extra to make sure people are comfortable and confident in their decision. Helping people find the best home to fit their needs is what it's all about. | Tim McCollum Realtor Center City Realty |
