Park West is a townhome community located in the Dilworth neighborhood of Charlotte. These townhomes range is size from 1,100 to 1,400 sf. They were constructed by David Furman at Boulevard Centro in 1999 as an infill project. These townhomes have become much more attractive with time because of the surge of growth that has occurred in the Dilworth neighborhood over the last several years.
