The Villages of Eastover Glen is a low-rise condominium located in the Eastover neighborhood of Charlotte. Originally constructed as an apartment complex in 1986, they were converted and sold as condos in 2006. In the conversion, new flooring, cabinets, fixtures, molding, counter-tops, and appliances were installed. The exteriors and interiors were painted and these former apartments turned into homes and quickly sold out.
