Phase 1 will offer 1 and 2 bedroom condos and prices ranging from around $170k to the mid $400s. When complete, this development will be comprised of two 10 story buildings and two 25 story high-rises with a central landscaped courtyard including a pavilion, swimming pool, and fitness center.
