Since Charlotte has been the focus of some recent positive publicity in the national news for our real estate market, let’s take a look at the greater Charlotte area called Mecklenburg County…statistically.

The median age of Mecklenburg County is 35 years old. 13% of residents are foreign born and 43% North Carolina born. 38% of residents have a college degree or better and 88% have graduated high school.
