North End Square Condominium Sales Begin

Sales have begun for the newest development bordering the Uptown. North End Square Condominium is located on the corner of Statesville Ave and Oaklawn just a half-mile outside of the Uptown in the Greenville neighborhood. This latest development features condos and townhomes in this latest in-fill initiative within a few short blocks of the NC Music Factory.

The townhomes at North End Square will feature brick and hardi-board construction in these two and three level townhomes. The base price of the townhomes is $177,500 for 1,416sf. The base townhome will feature a spacious 2bed/2.5bath layout nearly 18’ wide with a private fenced patio on the rear.
