The sales center will feature a full-size model of a one-bedroom home with ten-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and unfinished concrete ceilings. 

The building (pictured Right) will feature amenities, such as the state-of-the-art clubroom, resort-style pool, sundeck, and health-club-quality fitness center.  

Prices are expected to be starting in the $180's for one-bedrooms, one-bedroom + den homes starting in the $250’s, and two-bedroom homes starting in the $330’s.

Sales will be by appointment only during the first week (June 21st – June 29th). Earnest money requirements at Catalyst will be 3% for all one-, one + den, and two-bedroom homes and 10% for all investor homes and is due upon contract.

 The Catalyst will be very similar in feel and flow to the Avenue Uptown. Since they were developed by the same builder, many features will be common between the two buildings. Novare is known for their mass production of high-rises and their standardized processes. Novare offers a high standard for granite, lighting, and carpet with no upgrades or alternatives. Their goal is to streamline the process to quickly produce a high quality product.
